Deliciously sticky air fryer corn ribs made with Jacques Kallis Marinade and Seasoning. A perfect veggie weapon for your next braai – so good even the meat lovers will enjoy it!
Ingredients:

2 ears of fresh corn on the cob

3 tablespoons Jacques Kallis Marinade

1 teaspoon Jacques Kallis Seasoning

Fresh cheese and fresh herbs (optional, for serving)
Directions:

Microwave the ears of corn for 2 minutes to soften them for cutting.

Using a sharp knife, cut each ear of corn into quarters lengthwise.

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.

In a medium bowl, mix the marinade and seasoning.

Add the corn to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.

Place the corn in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 30 minutes, turning or shaking the corn halfway through, until crisp and slightly charred.

Serve with chopped herbs and fresh cheese, if desired.
