SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship throughout South Africa. For international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order.
2. Shipping Times

Order Processing: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to courier delays.
3. Delivery Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.
5. Delays or Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses or courier service disruptions. Please ensure your delivery information is correct at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
1. Return Eligibility
You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Due to the nature of spices and food products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process
To request a return:

Email us at delia@africaspice.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Wait for approval and return instructions.

Ship the product back at your cost unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 21 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
