Ingredients:

450g (1 pound) ground beef (preferably 80% lean)

1 teaspoon oil

Jacques Kallis Seasoning (to taste)

Burger buns
-
Toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, sauces, etc.)
Preparation:

Divide the ground beef into four equal portions.

Gently shape each portion into a loose ball without compacting the meat too much.

Place a pan over medium-high heat.

Let it get hot before cooking.
Cook the Patties:
- Lightly coat the hot skillet with oil.
- Place one or two beef balls in the skillet, leaving enough space between them.
- Using a sturdy spatula, press each ball down firmly until it’s about
¼-inch thick. - Season the patties with Jacques Kallis Seasoning.
- Let them cook undisturbed for 1.5 to 2 minutes until the edges are crispy and browned.
- Flip the patties, season again, and cook for another minute or until done to your preference.
- Assemble the burgers. Add your preferred toppings
