Air fryer Corn Ribs

Sticky delicious air fryer corn ribs using the Jacques Kallis Marinade and Seasoning. Add this to your next braai for a delicious veggie option even the meat eaters will love!


2 ears fresh corn on the cob

¼ cup Jacques Kallis Marinade

1 teaspoon Jacques Kallis Seasoning

Feta cheese and fresh herbs, optional for serving



  1. Microwave the ears of corn for two minutes to make it easier to cut them. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut each ear of corn in quarters lengthways.

  2. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix the marinade and seasoning. Add the corn to the bowl and toss to coat completely. Put the corn into the drawer or on the shelf in the air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 30 minutes, turning/shaking the corn halfway through until crisp and slightly charred. Serve with chopped fresh herbs/feta.
