Competition terms and conditions

 

1. Eligibility

 

The competition is open to all residents of South Africa, aged 18 years and older, except employees and immediate family members of Africa Spice and its affiliated partners.

Participants must comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein to be eligible for entry.

 

2. Entry period

​

The competition will run from 1 September 2023 to 29 February 2024

Entries submitted before or after the entry period won’t be considered.

 

​3. How to enter

​

To enter, participants must purchase a bottle of Jacques Kallis Seasoning or Jacques Kallis Marinade. Scan the QR code on the back and complete the entry form. 

Each participant may submit only one entry per month. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

4. Prizes

​

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

 

5. Winner selection

​

Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during each month of the entry period. The decision of the judging panel is final and binding.

 

6. Winner notification

​

Winners will be notified via [email/phone call/private message] on the 28th of every month. If a winner doesn’t respond within 14 (fourteen) days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

 

7. Delivery of prizes

​

Prizes will be delivered to the winners within 28 (twenty-eight) days after the winner’s confirmation of their delivery address. Africa Spice and its partners will not be held responsible for any delay, loss, or damage during delivery.

 

8. Publicity

​

By entering the competition, participants grant Africa Spice the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

9. Privacy

​

All personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

 

10. Disqualification

​

Africa Spice reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or contains offensive, inappropriate, or infringing content.

 

11. Changes and cancellation

​

Africa Spice reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for any reason beyond its control.

 

12. Liability

​

Participants acknowledge that Africa Spice and its affiliates will not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries related to participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
